U.S. shipments of conversion vehicles in February rose 10.2 percent from the same month a year earlier.
Pickup conversions had the segment's largest percentage increase, up 66.7 percent. SUV conversions increased 25 percent.
Van conversions bucked the upward trend, dropping 5.6 percent.
Conversion shipments for the first two months of the year were up 21.3 percent, compared with the same period in 2002.
Shipments of motor homes in February rose 7.1 percent.
Shipments of Class C motor homes had the segment's largest percentage increase in February, up 8.3 percent. Class A units increased 7.1 percent. Class B sales were flat.
