Nissan taps into the brand equity it has built with the Pathfinder compact SUV by christening its forthcoming full-sized SUV the Pathfinder Armada. The automaker put out this rendering of the new truck in advance of its formal unveiling at the New York auto show in April. The Pathfinder Armada, which goes on sale this fall as a 2004 model, will use the same platform as the Nissan Titan full-sized pickup. The automaker will produce another version of the full-sized SUV for its Infiniti luxury division. All three trucks, along with the redesigned Quest minivan and Altima sedan will be produced at Nissan's new assembly plant in Canton, Miss.
