Carcoustics majority owner NIB Capital plans to bring the sound-proofing company to the stock market in a few years.

NIB was formed in 2000 by two of the largest Dutch pension funds, ABP and PGGM.
NIB has allocated E6 billion to its private-equity investment fund. Baechle said the group believes Carcoustics is well positioned in its sector because of its strong technological competence.
