DETROIT - Ford Motor Co. has settled a lawsuit with a white male employee who alleged that the company practiced race and gender discrimination. Terms of the settlement between Ford and plaintiff John Kovacs were not disclosed. The lawsuit is one of several complaints brought against the company protesting the employee diversity policies of former Ford CEO Jacques Nasser.
