GENERAL MOTORS/ONSTAR — Terry Sullivan to vice president of communications, responsible for developing and executing OnStar’s global communications and public relations strategy. He was director of communications for GM’s U.S. Vehicle Sales, Services and Marketing group.
FLEETWOOD ENTERPRISES INC. — Glenn Kummer has retired as chairman. He will continue as a director to assist in the transition.
Nelson Potter has resigned as CEO, as well as from his board position. He will remain available to Fleetwood on a consulting basis.
The Fleetwood board has appointed Thomas Pitcher as chairman on an interim basis, and David Engelman as CEO.
Pitcher has been a member of Fleetwood’s board since 1998 and is a member of the executive and strategic planning committees. Engelman has been a Fleetwood director since 1999 and is on the strategic planning committee.
ASTON MARTIN LAGONDA LTD. — Jeremy Main to director of product development. He was chief engineer on Ford Motor Co.’s Ford Fiesta and B Car programs in the United Kingdom.
COBALT GROUP INC. — Peter Kretzman to vice president of information services and information technology, a new position. He was co-founder and partner of interim executive management consulting firm Management Bridge International LLC, in Kirkland, Wash.
Cobalt Group, of Seattle, provides e-business software and services to the automotive retail market.
