Chairman Jack Smith as 'the former treasurer (who) had no American car experience.'
Rick Wagoner as someone who 'lost market share every year running North American automotive operations' and 'was promoted to CEO.'
Ron Zarrella, president of GM North America, as someone who 'was selling eye wash five years ago.'
