TIMKEN CO. - Gordon Robinson to president of the emerging markets business unit. He will be responsible for developing markets in India, Central Europe, Russia and China, including Timken's wholly owned manufacturing operation in Yantai, China. He was vice president of Emerging Markets.
Robinson joined Timken in 1973 as a sales associate. He has worked in sales and management positions for Timken in Scandinavia, Italy, Southern Europe, India and China.
SANDERSON INDUSTRIES INC. - Clint Lauer and Reuben McDaniel to the board.
Lauer is a retired director of corporate purchasing for Ford Motor Co. McDaniel is CEO of investment banking firm Jackson Securities Inc. in Atlanta. Sanderson Industries of Atlanta supplies metal stampings and assemblies to the automotive industry.
SIEMENS AUTOMOTIVE CORP. - Kurt Schoepfle to director of sales. He will be responsible for the company's sales to the Asian and service customers in North America.
Schoepfle was a member of Siemens Automotive's Dearborn, Mich., sales team, where he was responsible for growing the company's Body Electronic, Safety Electronic and Motor Drive business with Ford Motor Co.

DELPHI AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS CORP. - Theodore Thacker to general director of sales and marketing. He was president of the Hydraulic Brake Group of Qualitor Inc.
Dominic Seto to director of engineering and manufacturing. He replaces Bruce Kirkham, who will retire in April after 37 years with Delphi. Seto was managing director of ASEAN, Australia, and India Region for Delphi Packard in Singapore.
David Marinello to director of consumer electronics. He was a consultant for B9d Inc. in Barrington, Ill., a consulting group specializing in consumer marketing and general management to the electronics and telecommunications industry.
