COVISINT LLC - The e-business trading exchange has elected 12 members of its inaugural 17-member board of directors:

Laurent Bourrelier, vice president of business-to-business, Renault SA
Brian Kelley, vice president, Ford Motor Co. and president, Consumer Connect, a Ford enterprise
James Keyes, chairman and CEO, Johnson Controls Inc.
Olaf Koch, vice president, corporate e-business, DaimlerChrysler AG
Edward Krubasik, member of the corporate executive committee, Siemens AG
Harold Kutner, group vice president, worldwide purchasing and North American production control and logistics, General Motors.
Carlos Mazzorin, group vice president, global purchasing and South America, Ford Motor Co.
Ralph Szygenda, group vice president and chief information officer, General Motors
Gary Valade, executive vice president, global procurement and supply, DaimlerChrysler AG
James Vandenberghe, vice chairman, Lear Corp.
Don Walker, CEO, Magna International Inc.
Five more board members remain to be named.
Covisint said the board will include representatives of non-automotive industries.
Covisint was created by DaimlerChrysler, Ford and General Motors, and joined by Commerce One, Nissan, Oracle and Renault to provide online purchasing via suppliers.
Covisint's temporary headquarters is in Southfield, Michigan.
The organization expects to establish offices in Europe and Asia.
