William Baker has rejoined Land Rover North America Inc. as vice president of corporate communications.
He returns to Land Rover North America after working for four years as director of Land Rover communications programs in the United King-dom, where he helped launch the Freelander and Discovery Series II models.
Baker, 56, was vice president of corporate communications for Land Rover North America (formerly Range Rover of North America) from 1987 to 1997, when he went to Europe. Since 1997, communications activities have been supervised by Mark Schirmer, general manager of corporate communications.
