GENERAL MOTORS ONSTAR - Rod Egdorf, 40, to executive director of its Personal Calling service. He was the Los Angeles area vice president for Sprint PCS, a subsidiary of Sprint Corp. OnStar communications and navigation service is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Motors.
GENERAL MOTORS POWERTRAIN - Michael Chapman to manager of the Defiance, Ohio, castings plant, effective Jan. 1. He was director of manufacturing at the Vauxhall Motors Limited Ellesmere Port plant in the United Kingdom.
Chapman replaces Michael Hamilton, who will retire after 35 years with General Motors.
GM Powertrain in Pontiac, Mich., designs, develops, integrates and builds powertrains for General Motors worldwide; and it sells engines, transmissions, castings and components to non-GM original-equipment manufacturers.
FORD MOTOR CREDIT CO. - The company has realigned the business units within its North American financing operations and has established two operating groups: Ford Credit North America and North America Diversified. Leading them are:
A.J. Wagner, named vice president for Ford Credit North America, where he will oversee Ford Credit's U.S. and Canadian sales operations. Also reporting to Wagner will be Ford and Lincoln Mercury brand management, minority dealer relations and business development. Wagner was Ford Credit's senior vice president of Western U.S. operations.
John Noone, named senior vice president of North America Diversified, which includes the operations of Ford Credit finance affiliates PRIMUS, Commercial Lending Services, AMI, Fairlane, Triad and Volvo. He also will oversee the development of luxury brand finance strategies. Noone was Ford Credit's senior vice president of Eastern U.S. and Canadian operations.
GENERAL MOTORS SERVICE PARTS OPERATIONS - Duane Miller to general sales manager for GM Parts. He was general sales manager for ACDelco Aftermarket.
Miller succeeds Gar Smith, who will retire Jan. 1 after 34 years with General Motors. Smith will remain on special assignment through the end of the year.
Scott Mackie, general director of SPO International and new ventures, will take over responsibility for ACDelco Aftermarket.

AUTONATION INC. - Allan Stejskal to senior vice president of e-commerce. He was vice president of the Dealer Services Division of Automatic Data Processing Inc.
AutoNation is a publicly traded automotive retailer in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
ROLAND BERGER & PARTNERS - Donna Parolini, 40, to associate partner for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. She will be in Detroit, where she will develop strategies for supplier clients. She was president and CEO of the International Business Development Corp. in Detroit.
Roland Berger strategy consultant firm is based in Germany.
