COBALT HAS NEW CRM TOOL
SEATTLE - Seattle Internet software provider Cobalt Group last week introduced customer relationship-management software to help dealers tailor marketing pitches to consumers and move more of their business online.
The MyCarTools software allows consumers to create personal Web pages to track vehicle service and maintenance. Dealers can use that information to create service reminders and advertise dealership specials. The specials can be sent via e-mail to owners based on vehicle make, model, mileage, purchase date, last service date and other information.
