A digest item on Page 4 of the Oct. 30 issue provided an incomplete comparison of AutoNation Inc.'s third-quarter profits. Net income from continuing operations was up 1.7 percent, to $93.1 million. Overall net income was off 11 percent because AutoNation divested its rental-car operations.
