CHERRY HILL, N.J. - Subaru of America has raised prices $200 to $300 on the 2001 Forester models that go on sale in mid-March.
The Forester L four-door is up $200, and an in-glass antenna and rear intermittent washer-wiper have been made standard.
The Forester S four-door rises $300 and adds a keyless entry system and an AM/FM cassette stereo with six-disc in-dash CD changer as standard equipment.
New for 2001 is the Forester S with Premium Package. The package includes side-impact airbags for the front seats, power moonroof and gold accent alloy wheels.
