DETROIT - Bosal International announced the appointment of Douglas Richman as president of Bosal International North America.
Before joining Bosal, Richman was vice president of engineering and technology for Kaiser Aluminum Corp.'s Engineered Products Division. He also was chairman of the executive board of Kaiser Automotive Castings and general manager of Kaiser K-Fab. Earlier, he had been vice president of Alcan Aluminum Corp.
Bosal International North America, in Ann Arbor, Mich., develops and manufactures exhaust systems and catalytic converters. Parent Bosal International is headquartered in Brasschaat, Belgium.
