The factory gathers buyer information from the retail stores to become the basis of a service scheduling program. The factory will be able to gather phone queries at a centralized call center and arrange dealer appointments nationwide.
Step 4: Diamond Loyalty
Using the national database, factory and dealers track owners and keep up a regular communication with them in hopes of attracting them back.
