Jac Nasser is a man in a hurry.
Since he took over as CEO of Ford Motor Co., he has pushed out high-ranking executives in nearly every corner of the company so he could assemble his own team. Two weeks ago, he re-engineered Ford's organizational chart, creating strong brand-centered operations in North America and Europe.
Nasser clearly deserves a chance to pursue his vision at the company. But Ford still was absorbing the vast changes of his predecessor, Alex Trotman. Nasser now should use his new organization to create a harmonious corporate culture.
