The Aug. 16 article on General Motors' future product plans on Page 20 inadvertently excluded the Oldsmobile Bravada. The Bravada is due for a redesign for the 2002 model year. The sport-utility will share the same platform as the next-generation Chevrolet Blazer and GMC Jimmy/Denali.
A Late News headline on Page 1 of the Aug. 9 issue incorrectly described a General Motors proposal for its 2000 dealer agreement. GM proposed mandatory, nonbinding mediation.
Because of an incorrect number provided by the California Air Resources Board, an item on Page 2 of the Aug. 16 issue overstated the number of Kia Sephias involved in a recall. CARB is recalling 6,019 Sephias for violating evaporative emissions standards.
