LOS ANGELES - In pricing its 2000 models, Hyundai Motor America held the line on four of its cars and reduced another one $200.
In April, the company added standard equipment to several models and adjusted prices accordingly.
The better-equipped models were dubbed '1999B.' The 2000 sticker prices are the same as or less than those 1999B selections.
The price of the Elantra four-door wagon has been cut $200 for the new model year.
Prices of the Accent, Hyundai's lowest-priced line, will be announced later. The Accent has been redesigned for 2000.
