Clinton Brannen Sr.
UNADILLA, Ga. - Clinton Brannen Sr., 81, owner of Brannen Motor Co., a Ford dealership, died March 11. Brannen was a Ford dealer since 1943 and was active in the dealership until his death. His son, Clinton Brannen Jr., oversees the dealership.
SUN CITY, Ariz. - Maynard Campbell, 88, former principal and partner of NCM Associates Inc., an automotive management consulting company in Overland Park, Kan., died Feb. 24. In 1964, Campbell joined Fick/Nichols Inc., which is now NCM Associates Inc. He retired in 1994.
James Di Bari
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - James Di Bari, 89, chairman of Melrose Ford in Oakland, Calif., died March 5. Di Bari began with a Kaiser-Frazer dealership in 1946, and he later acquired De Soto, Chrysler and Plymouth. He stopped selling those brands before he started the Ford dealership in 1971. He was active in its operation until shortly before his death. Charles Di Bari, his son, operates the dealership now.
