Kord Kutchins has been named director of learning technologies for Visual Services Inc., a supplier of marketing initiatives and Internet communications based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich. Kutchins will be responsible for enhancing the company's interactive media training. Kutchins formerly designed and implemented computer- and Web-based training strategies for EMC Corp. in Hopkinton, Mass.
Bryan Cooper is heading the new Ford Division Automotive Global Business Unit that was put into place by J. Walter Thompson in November. The new group will be responsible for all Ford brand advertising business handled by Thompson outside of North America. Cooper, who is based in Detroit, is the senior partner and executive management director, international.
Eric Aldrich has been promoted from communications specialist to senior communications specialist at PentaMark, the management group for BBDO Detroit, Ross Roy Communications and PentaCom. Aldrich's new role includes managing all advertising strategies for the Dodge Caravan.
