He replaces Jeffrey Cohen, who was named executive director of sales and marketing for GM OnStar.
FORD DIVISION - Gerard Donnelly to manager of field operations. He was the division's marketing communications manager and national advertising manager.
OLDSMOBILE - Christopher Peterson to assistant general sales and service manager. He was managing director of General Motors Kenya in Nairobi, Kenya.
GENERAL MOTORS POWERTRAIN - Joseph Michels to produce product information director, a newly created position. He was superintendent of manufacturing engineering for GM Truck Group's Pontiac East Assembly.
David Poirier to develop product information director, a newly created position. He was assistant staff engineer in product engineering at GM's Milford, Mich., proving grounds.
ROVER JAPAN LTD. - David Blume to president in Tokyo. He was vice president. He replaces Peter Woods, who becomes chairman but is expected to devote most of his time to his duties as chairman of the European Business Community Council, a group that promotes European business in Japan.
OPEL JAPAN - Teruo Kojima to director. He was deputy director. He replaces David Dunahay.
DELPHI CHASSIS SYSTEMS - John Jalovec to chief information officer. He was managing director of enterprise solutions for Compuware Corp. in Cleveland.
Robert Remenar to director of human resources. He was director of compensation policy development and employee relations with General Motors North American Operations personnel in Warren, Mich.
Darrell Kidd to director of industrial relations. He was assistant director of divisional labor relations with GM NAO personnel in Detroit.
James Miller to assistant finance director. He was finance manager for Delphi Saginaw Steering Systems.
Stephen Davey to managing director of the Saltillo, Mexico, operations. He was manager of worldwide wheel bearing business development.
John Weber to director of marketing, planning and administration. He was global planning team leader for dampers and powertrain mounts.

CLARION CORP. OF AMERICA - James Minarik to president and CEO, effective July 1. He retains his position as president of the company's sales and distribution subsidiary, Clarion Sales Corp. He replaces Tadashi Kitajima, who will retire after 18 years with the company.
