Richard Nebiolo to manager of primary metallurgy. He was director of corporate product development for Pittsburgh Tube Co.

TRW INC. - Donald Skiba to managing director of TRW Automotive Brasil Ltda. He was vice president of operations for TRW's worldwide Seat Belt Systems organization.
Edward Carpenter to vice president of operations for Seat Belt Systems. He was managing director of Quality Safety Systems, the Tecumseh, Ontario, joint venture between TRW and Tokai Rika of Japan.
Edward Peno to managing director of Quality Safety Systems. He was plant manager for TRW's driver-side airbag operations in Mesa, Ariz.
