PORT HURON, Mich. - Donald Gould, 54, the advertising executive who developed the 'Like a Rock' campaign for Chevrolet trucks, died here May 23. He worked 29 years at Campbell-Ewald Advertising, where he was executive vice president and creative director for the Chevrolet account.
