GENERAL MOTORS SERVICE PARTS OPERATIONS - Lee Brownell to general director of human resources. He was group personnel director of the Midsize and Luxury Car Group.
Brownell replaces Anthony Marchio, who retired.
WINNEBAGO INDUSTRIES INC. - Douglas Formanek to paint manager. He was paint line production supervisor.
JOHNSON CONTROLS INC. AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS GROUP - David Roznowski to manager of public relations, a newly created position. He was an account supervisor at Bianchi Public Relations Inc.
Johnson Controls Inc.'s Automo-tive Systems Group, based in Plymouth, Mich., supplies batteries, vehicle seating and interior systems.
COOPER TIRE & RUBBER CO. - Byron Pond Jr. to director. He was chairman and CEO of Arvin Industries Inc., a maker of exhaust systems and ride-control products.
Cooper, based in Findlay, Ohio, supplies sealing, hoses, tires and vibration-control systems.
TELEFLEX INC. NORTH AMERICAN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP - Glen Willson to vice president of sales and application engineering. He was director of sales and engineering for the Teleflex Ford unit.
Teleflex's Automotive Group, based in Troy, Mich., supplies cable controls, electronic throttle controls and shifter control systems. It is a unit of Teleflex Inc. of Philadelphia.
LEAR CORP. - Thomas Saeli to director of mergers and acquisitions. He was a vice president and partner at Oxford Invest-ment Group in Bloomfield Hills, Mich.

DEL-MET CORP. - Richard Noell to vice president of operations. He was vice president and director of plant operations for Chivas Products Ltd.
Del-Met, based in Nashville, Tenn., supplies injection-molded plastic wheel trim products, exterior products and interior components.
