Nissan employees shall not:
Request or receive presents or other favors from business clients, directly or indirectly, when they are directly connected to the success of business dealings.
Give presents or favors to clients, customers or government officials. The only exceptions will be small gifts of limited value, such as a box of candy, or promotional items, such as calendars. No money shall ever be given, regardless of the amount.
Wine or dine customers.
Accept invitations for excessive business entertainment. Some dining, golf outings and other such business entertainment may be allowed but should be reasonable in terms of frequency and lavishness.
