CENTRAL MANUFACTURING CO., CENTRAL LIGHT ALLOY CO. - Frank Bellafato was appointed president and CEO of both companies. He was senior vice president and COO for both.
CMC produces steel passenger car and light-truck wheels and two-piece aluminum passenger car wheels; CLA produces styled aluminum wheels. Both are based in Paris, Ky., and are subsidiaries of Chuo Seki Co. Ltd. of Anjo, Japan.
INTERMET CORP. - Tim Bowes was named director of sales for the Ford Motor Co. account. He was sales manager for the electrical business unit at ITT Automotive.
Intermet, based in Detroit, supplies precision iron and aluminum castings and components, custom coating applications and specialty service vehicles.
TEXTRON AUTOMOTIVE CO. INC. - Dominick Schiano was named executive vice president and chief financial officer. He was director of business development for the Occupant Restraint Systems Group of TRW Inc.
Textron Automotive, based in Troy, Mich., supplies interior, exterior and functional components.
