GENERAL MOTORS SERVICE PARTS OPERATIONS - Ronald West was named general director of warehousing and distribution. He was director of manufacturing at GM de Mexico.
GENERAL MOTORS METAL FABRICATING DIVISION - Peter Ternes was named communications director. He was assistant director of communication for GM's Oldsmobile Division.
KIA MOTORS AMERICA INC. - Dick Macedo has been promoted to vice president of marketing. He was executive director of marketing.
Four department directors have been promoted to executive directors. They are: Bill Camp, corporate planning and finance; Jim Richert, parts; Jim Sanfilippo, distribution and logistics; and Lee Sawyer, service.
LEAR CORP. - Ray Bomya was named vice president and general manager for the Passenger Car I unit. He was platform director for Lear's Ford Division.
Steve Hayworth was named vice president and general manager for the Passenger Car II unit. He was Windstar platform director for Lear's Ford Division.
Mark Poulsen was named vice president and general manager for the Truck Business unit. He was platform director for utility vehicles for Lear's Ford Division.
Lear, based in Southfield, Mich., supplies interior systems.
BOSCH BRAKING SYSTEMS-AMERICAS - Jim Kropp has been named vice president of marketing. He was general sales manager.
Bosch Braking Systems-Americas is based in South Bend, Ind., makes car and truck brakes.
BUNDY CORP. - The company named three group plant managers for North American operations:
Doug Haskin, responsible for plants in Marine City, Marysville, New Haven and Warren, Mich.; Washington Court House and Sabina, Ohio; Bramalea and Delhi, Ontario; and Cynthiana, Ky. He was Warren plant manager.
John Sherrier, responsible for plants in Coldwater and Hillsdale, Mich.; Hebron, Ohio; Ashley, Ind.; and Bloomington, Ill. He was manager of the Ashley plant.
Stephen Taylor, responsible for plants in Cartersville, Ga., and Greeneville, Tenn. He was a vice president at Augat Corp.
