Missouri auto dealers filed suit to block Tesla Motors' direct manufacturer-to-consumer sales in the state. The Missouri Automobile Dealers Association on Thursday filed a lawsuit in a state court, accusing the Department of Revenue and its director, Nia Ray, of violating Missouri law by allowing Tesla to sell its vehicles without a franchise dealer.
