Ryan, unlike Romney, supported 2008 loans to automakers

Congressman Paul Ryan, the presumptive Republican vice presidential nominee, voted in December 2008 to support the bailout of Chrysler and General Motors, which most Republicans -- including Mitt Romney -- didn't support.
