The Jaguar XFL, the long wheelbase version of the XF saloon, debuted at the 2016 Beijing auto show. The car is the first Jaguar to be produced at Jaguar Land Rover's Changshu plant, which it operates jointly with state-owned automaker Chery. The XFL takes its design cues from the XF sport sedan, though it features more rear legroom in the interior -- a popular feature in China.

Pictures of a camouflaged Terrain caught in testing show the compact crossover adopting a sleeker, less-upright shape with a raked windshield and what looks to be a lower roofline. The next-gen Terrain, along with its corporate cousin, the Chevrolet Equinox, are expected to shrink when they go on sale in the first half of 2017, as 2018 models.

It delivers up to 375 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. VW said it boasts an electric range of 31 miles and reaches 60 mph from a stop in 6 seconds, with a top speed of 139 mph. The powertrain features an electric motor and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine, paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
