Chevrolet has refreshed the Camaro for the 2019 model year and it features a more prominent upper grille that flows into redesigned LED headlamps. In the rear, the car's signature dual-element taillights are more sculpted than those on the current model. Chevrolet has also expanded the availability of its popular 1LE track package and 10-speed transmission for the muscle car.

The 2019 Acura RDX, the first RDX designed and engineered entirely in the U.S., is highlighted the "True Touchpad Interface" inside. The tech feature uses absolute positioning, so when a user wants to access a function on the top left of the screen, for instance, they tap the top left portion of the touchpad to highlight it.The touchpad has a slightly concave shape to give users "tactile feedback."

SF Motors, a subsidiary of Chinese automaker Sokon Motors, introduced its first vehicle, the SF5, a luxury electric crossover, saying it would begin preorders by the end of the year and start deliveries in 2019. The company also unveiled its second vehicle, the SF7-- though it did not give details on when sales are projected to begin.

Although it's based on the Volkswagen Atlas and shares its name, the Tanoak concept has a more rugged appearance both in exterior and interior styling than the brand's three-row family hauler. Volkswagen said it doesn't yet have plans to put the concept into production, but is using it to gauge potential consumer interest.

The redesigned 2019 Altima features a larger greenhouse, all-wheel drive and a new turbo-charged variable-compression engine. Altima also adopts a larger and flashier V-motion grille, boomerang headlights and a floating roof. The interior was made roomier and more modern, Nissan says.

Lincoln says the Aviator crossover -- a sibling of the Ford Explorer -- is the "epitome" of Lincoln design, and the vehicle's styling includes an updated mesh grille described as an inverse of the face worn by the Navigator, Continental and other Lincolns. It will come standard with the brand's new Lincoln Co-Pilot360 suite of driver-assist technologies. The Aviator, scheduled to go on sale in 2019, is expected to retain most of the preview model's features. The Aviator will come standard with a twin-turbocharged gasoline engine. A plug-in hybrid variant, which uses the same engine, is optional.
