If Elon Musk makes good on his pledge that Tesla will be pumping out 5,000 Model 3 sedans a week by the end of the month, it may be thanks to the curious structure outside the company's factory.


10 millionth patent brings autonomous future closer

The U.S. Patent Office issued its 10 millionth patent last week, bringing our autonomous future a step closer. The patent was issued to inventor Joseph Marron and his employer, Ratheon Co., in Waltham, Mass., for a technology with direct applicaton for driverless cars.
