Trucks drive Nissan, FCA, Ford to June gains; GM falls

Nissan, Ford and Fiat Chrysler rode strong demand for trucks to June U.S. sales gains, while deliveries at General Motors fell. When other automakers report results later today, June sales totals are expected to rise as much as 5 percent year over year, after slipping 6.1 percent in May.
