Fiat Chrysler recalls 50,000 Pacificas for seat belt issue

FCA is scheduled to recall 50,000 Pacifica minivans in the U.S. and Canada following a report that "extreme handling maneuvers" could cause a second-row seat belt to unbuckle.

GM invited to resume negotiations with striking Canadian union
