Lexus tops J.D. Power ranking in UKLexus is the UK's leader in customer satisfaction, according to consultancy J.D. Power. Toyota's premium brand topped the firm's annual poll for the eighth consecutive year. The 2008 survey results were based on interviews with more than 16,000 UK car owners after two years of ownership.
