Bob Burger, 93, led Chevy's 'Heartbeat of America' era, championed dealers

Retired GM executive Robert Dean Burger, an outspoken advocate for auto dealers who led Chevrolet during its "Heartbeat of America" era in the 1980s, has died at age 93.
