Audi TT Roadster
We reported on the TT Roadster already (AW, Oct. 30) so not much was a surprise for its public debut. Length, width, height and wheelbase all increase for more interior space, but the TT ragtop tips the scale at only 33 pound over the outgoing model. Audi opted for a soft-top to save on weight and to keep the car’s center of gravity lower instead of following the current power hardtop craze. Two engine choices are again offered, including a 2.0-liter 200-hp turbo four and a 3.2-liter 250-hp V6.
