In addition to her appointment as AT&T Professor at Case Western Reserve University, Susan Helper is a research associate with the International Motor Vehicle Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and with GERPISA (Groupe d'Etude Permanent sur l'Industrie et les Salaries de l'Automobile) in Paris. She also works for General Motors as an instructor in the company's Paid Employment Leave Program and has been published in several trade and business journals.
