Customer rewards send a powerful message

Show your most loyal customers you appreciate their business by offering them special discounts or loyalty programs, advises Scott McLaren, chief marketing officer at Fortegra Financial Corp., which provides F&I products.  “Customer rewards are key,” he said. “It’s all about the power of ‘thank you,’ and it gives your most frequent patrons a reason to keep coming back.”
