Acura has come out swinging in its marketing push for the new NSX.
In “The Acura NSX,” the automaker taps into its brand history in racing to emphasize that the new supercar comes from reliable stock. By mixing archival footage of an earlier NSX with later renditions, Acura hammers in the message that its latest effort is “30 years in the making,” as the on-screen text states.
The spot debuts on our viral video rankings at No. 4 with 988,010 views.
Also new this week, Hyundai's “The All New” ranked second with 1,278,234 views; Land Rover’s “#Hibernot Snow Day” ranked third with 1,276,141 views; Nissan’s “Icy Bridge” ranked sixth with 850,586 views; Toyota’s “Kids Explain” ranked ninth with 341,618 views; and Porsche’s “Above It All” ranked 10th with 324,127 views.
