Acura has thrown down the social marketing gauntlet with a nifty new TLX launch campaign that lets the Twittersphere configure the premium sedan within a tweet.
Using the condensed configurator, which isn't as robust as the one offered on Acura's website, Twitter users can choose their desired engine, color and drivetrain.
Then to add a little viral potential to the mix, they can tweet their TLX renditions for the world to see.
After all, what's the use of social media if you can't show off?
Acura hasn't forgotten about the selling part once it grabs consumers' attention, either.
After clicking on the "Tweet Your TLX" icon, users can then select "Explore More Options" to check out Acura's full configurator on its website. The tweet also includes a link to Acura's home page.
