Nissan's Diaz on being humble, staying hungry

Nissan is doing well in the U.S. market, but sales and marketing boss Fred Diaz wants his team to stay humble and hungry. He's meeting monthly with Nissan's dealer advisory board, installing a real-time customer feedback system for dealers and targeting the automaker's diverse client base with 'authentic' advertising to advance sales further.
