Bentley's Continental GT3-R turns up the turbo power

Bentley last week showed its Continental GT3-R, a limited-edition model inspired by the Continental GT3 race car.

The GT3-R, which will be limited to 300 units, will use the same 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 as the Continental GT V8 S but with a higher boost and new engine control software. In the GT3-R, it will make 572 hp at 6,000 rpm and 516 pounds-feet of torque at just 1,700 rpm. That's up from 521 hp and 502 pounds-feet in the S.
