Nissan N.A. marketing chief exits

NASHVILLE — Nissan’s North American marketing chief, Jon Brancheau, 53, will leave the company in what he and company officials describe as a voluntary departure.

Nissan’s senior North American spokesman, Dave Reuter, says Nissan has not selected a replacement for Brancheau, whose title changed late last year to vice president, Nissan marketing communications and media. Brancheau had been at the company for four years.

Reached privately, Brancheau declined to discuss his career plans.
