Clinton: Barra breaks through 'steel ceiling'

Hillary Clinton, former United States secretary of state, was a keynote speaker at the 2014 National Automobile Dealers Association convention. During her speech and interview with outgoing NADA Chairman David Westcott, Clinton praised new General Motors CEO Mary Barra, applauded dealers for creating jobs and discussed why she supported the 2009 GM and Chrysler bailouts.
