The United Auto Workers union has historically had a fraught relationship with foreign automakers that manufacture in the U.S. Automotive News spoke to labor analyst Kristen Dziczek about the root of the issues that led up to the recent vote at the Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga, and what direction she believes the union will take now.
