Mazda's new CEO on sales, rotary engine

After nearly six months on the job, Mazda CEO Masamichi Kogai is looking to achieve record U.S. sales in the next two years. The 59-year-old is asking U.S. dealers to take up the challenge of hitting 400,000 sales by fiscal year 2016, topping the automaker's 1986 peak. He also addresses the fate of the company's Michigan factory venture with Ford, and whether or not the famed rotary engine will be revived.
