June 6, 2013 - 12:01 am ET Matthew Haiken's online team isn't camera shy. That's because several staffers at Prestige Volvo in East Hanover, N.J., produce customized video messages to welcome potential buyers to the dealership. Employees also hit the lot with camcorders to record detailed vehicle walkaround videos for customers. The personalized video clips have helped the dealership's Internet department capture half of the store's sales. The 30-year-old Haiken has also developed a service shuttle and valet system so customers who live in nearby New York City “never even have to visit our store,” which led the nation in sales of new Volvos last month.
