Feb. 6, 2011, it turns out, was a historic night. It was on that evening that the most viral automobile ad ever created debuted. Also, a couple teams played football.

"The Force," Deutsch Los Angeles' tour-de-force, so to speak, has generated more than 80 million views to date. The 2011 Super Bowl commercial is so popular, in fact, that it still -- this week -- ranks among the top 10 auto brand viral videos.

Apparently, being No. 1 isn't enough for Volkswagen, which also takes the No. 3, 4 and 5 spots on our list, with another "Star Wars" parody, the Europe-market ad "The Fun Theory," and the safety-focused "Eyes on the Road."
