LOS GATOS, Calif. -- Arnie Addison, a founder of Bay Cities Auto Auction in Hayward, Calif., died March 1. He was 83.

Addison served as president of the National Auto Auction Association in 1985. Bay Cities Auto Auction is now Manheim San Francisco Bay.
